I often tell my guys readers that every problem is an opportunity. Such as mistake 1 you mentioned, too much of a nice guy. I agree you can’t spoil the girl too much, she wouldn’t think you are too manly. If a man can be nice only when she is with him, it shows that her presence is appreciated and rewarded. However, never make it too obvious, or she would think you are too controlling and easy to get jealous. You have effectively pointed out some very good points.
